Custom LED displays engineered for the stage, the camera and the next installation.

Live events work to a fixed deadline. A display needs to arrive ready for assembly, perform within the production setup and come apart with the next venue in mind. ZORQ develops event LED display solutions that bring distinctive forms into concerts, brand activations and live productions, with installation and transport considered from the drawing stage.
Circular display geometry becomes part of the stage composition.
Less Time Assembling. More Time Rehearsing.
A complex display shape should come with a clear assembly plan.
For suitable rental configurations, quick locks and locating pins help crews position and connect cabinet sections. Spherical LED displays can be divided along longitudinal and latitudinal seams, turning a continuous surface into manageable sections with a defined assembly sequence.
The decisions begin before production: how each section will be handled, which connections need to remain accessible and how the finished structure will be supported. Numbered components and factory pre-assembly help carry that plan through to the venue.
Installation time depends on the display dimensions, rigging arrangements, crew and site access. By addressing these conditions early, the project team can plan the build around the production schedule and preserve time for alignment, commissioning and rehearsal.
A spherical display introduces a three-dimensional focal point behind the performance.
Built with the Next Load-Out in Mind
An event display has a working life beyond opening night.

Repeated assembly, dismantling and transport place demands on cabinet edges, locating points and connections. Rental-oriented designs need to account for how components will be lifted, packed and handled between venues.
Protective corner details and fitted flight cases can be specified around the cabinet design. Packing arrangements should protect display surfaces and help crews identify the sections required for the next build.
For spherical LED displays, segmentation also affects transport volume and handling. Section size, connection access and assembly order need to work together, balancing the visual ambition with the practical demands of a touring or rental application.
The aim is a repeatable process: assemble, align, operate, inspect and pack with a clear reference at every stage.
Designed for the Audience—and the Camera
A screen that looks convincing from the audience may behave differently through a lens.
Pixel pitch, viewing distance and content detail need to be considered alongside camera positions. Brightness must work with stage lighting and exposure, while display refresh settings and camera shutter settings require coordination to help reduce visible scan lines and flicker.
Moiré also depends on the relationship between the LED pixel pattern and the camera sensor. Shooting distance, focus and angle can all affect the result. Early camera testing helps the production team assess these variables before the live show.
For curved and spherical surfaces, content mapping matters too. Graphics should be prepared for the display geometry and principal viewing directions, so the form supports the visual story.
ZORQ’s custom LED display manufacturing capabilities bring geometry, cabinet design and calibration into the same engineering process. Final camera checks should then be carried out with the intended production setup.
Custom display surfaces carry a brand’s visual identity into the event setting.
A Display Form for the Production
Spherical LED Displays
Create a central visual feature for concerts, launch events and themed productions. Diameter, segmentation and supporting structure are developed around the venue and installation requirements.
Circular LED Displays
Introduce a defined visual shape into a stage composition, with positioning and mounting planned around audience sightlines and production access.
Cube LED Displays
Present imagery across multiple faces, creating opportunities for different viewing directions within an event space.
Custom-Shaped LED Displays
Translate a stage concept or brand identity into a bespoke display surface. Explore ZORQ’s custom-shaped LED display products as a starting point for the design.

From Stage Concept to Show Preparation
A distinctive event display needs a coordinated route from design to delivery:
Preliminary Scheme Review → Structural Design Proposal → Sample Section Approval → Production → Installation & Commissioning → Operation & Maintenance Support
The process starts with the production brief: proposed dimensions, venue conditions, audience positions, camera requirements and available build time. These inputs help establish a display form and assembly approach that fit the event.
Factory checks provide an opportunity to review fit, alignment and image consistency before dispatch. On site, commissioning brings the assembled display into the wider production setup.
